JAZMP PERFORMS THE DUTIES OF SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS

Supervision in the field of medicinal products is performed by pharmaceutical inspectors whose jurisdictions are determined in Article 166 of the Medicinal Products Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia [Uradni list RS], No. 17/14 and 66/19). JAZMP is also the minor offence authority for the field of medicinal products

SUPERVISION OF MARKETING AUTHORIZATION HOLDERS FOR MEDICINAL PRODUCTS

Based on the provisions of the Medicinal Products Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 17/14 and 66/19), pharmacovigilance system, measures regarding quality defects of medicinal products, advertising of medicinal products, and compliance with the obligations of marketing authorizations are monitored  at marketing authorization holders for medicinal products.
