The tariff sets out the payment for the services provided by JAZMP for individuals and legal persons, for the costs of the implementation of the administrative tasks that are part of the public powers and carried out by JAZMP (fees for medicinal products, blood supply, tissues and cells) and for the cost of implementation of professional tasks and services in the field of competence of the JAZMP. Fees for administrative tasks in the field of medical devices is regulated by the rules on fees in the area of medical devices. The tariff will come into force on 3. 3. 2018 and will be published on our website.
