Reporting suspected falsification

In the report of suspicion of a falsified medicinal product please state the name of the product, the batch number and other relevant information: pharmaceutical form, dose, name of the manufacturer or marketing authorization holder, and the time and place when you noticed that the medicine might be falsified.
